The location of the flat is great. In the heart of the historic center. This spot is beautiful.
The hotel charged me 2 times the amount. Now I am trying to cancel one payment.

The Staff was nice and helpfull and the Breakfast was nicelly aceptable. The room was clean enough (just barelly) for us to endure the overnight stay.
It is such a basic, horribly decorated and old room that even if the Hotel Staff is the mostly nice in the world, it would still not compensate the fact that for the first time in my life I stayed in a miserable old Hotel that I would not pay 10 Euros in Europe to stay at, if such accomodations are permitted in Europe. The back of the Hotel is a alley where drug addicts build their shelters to sleep and make noises. Nothing in this stay was worth the amount of money we paid for it.

The staff at this hotel were very kind to me and helpful. The owner Edie actually drove me to the airport herself when I was departing. The apartment here is lovely and the bed was so comfortable. There was no air conditioning but with the windows open and the fans running it was very comfortable. The breakfast included was very good and the service for breakfast was also excellent
As a solo woman traveller I did not feel very safe going outside this hotel at night. I found the location a little bit scary.

Central location on edge of historic centre; free wifi; good breakfast (served in room); taxi stand very close by; staff very friendly and helpful
Aircon not operational during the daytime, but living room spacious and the window shutters can be closed to keep the room cool.

Location is at the centre of the Pelourinho, close to everything. The 2 room apartment was very clean & comfortable with wi-fi. The breakfast is great and the staff is very helpful. In one instance they noticed we liked one of the juices and they brought us a 1 ltr bottle of juice a while later. Highly reccommended.
Be careful when walking up the pelourinho area after 10pm, always stick to groups etc
